TKD Patterns – Instructor Insights & Pattern Previews

TKD patterns (tul) are an essential part of ITF Taekwon-Do, and this page brings together a growing collection of preview clips, training notes and insights recorded from real classes. Rather than teaching patterns step-by-step, TKDCoaching provides a “fly on the wall” look at how experienced instructors demonstrate, explain and refine each pattern.

These resources complement formal instruction and are not intended as step-by-step teaching for learning the patterns from scratch.

They are designed for instructors, coaches and keen students who want to deepen their understanding of the patterns, observe different teaching approaches and explore how senior practitioners handle rhythm, transitions and interpretation.
