ITF Course On-line Kwang-Gae
ITF Course On-line – Kwang-Gae
This video is one of the technical presentations I prepared for the ITF On-line Technical Seminar, but which ultimately was not used as part of the final live programme.
The live seminar evolved in a different direction, meaning this material remained unused at the time. However, because of that, it actually offers additional value – even for those who attended the seminar itself.
In this session, I break down key technical and conceptual elements of the Kwang-Gae pattern, focusing on correct movement execution, pattern intent, and consistency with traditional ITF technical standards.
The aim of this video is to help practitioners refine their understanding of Kwang-Gae beyond simple memorisation, and instead develop cleaner technique, better balance, and a stronger overall pattern performance.
In the sample video above, you will see a short excerpt from the full premium session.
Who is this video for?
- Black belt students working on Kwang-Gae
- Instructors looking for structured teaching points
- Practitioners wanting greater technical consistency in patterns
This video is part of a wider body of technical material created to support structured on-line learning and deeper understanding of ITF Taekwon-Do patterns.
