Kicking Detail – The Finnish Spin

A highlight of the workshop is Master Meyour’s “Finnish spin” on three popular kicks, with emphasis on clean mechanics and strong impact. In the preview clip, he takes twins Jukka and Antti Holmen through a downward kick drill, explaining how sharply bending the knee can increase impact and improve the overall quality of the technique.
