Sam-il is the first pattern learnt at 3rd degree level, and a favourite of many due to it’s beautiful flow and inclusion of some interesting kicks such as sweeping kick and twisting kick.
This video is a more casual session where Mr Trotter takes Melissa Timperly through the pattern giving tons of valuable hints and tips, in particular for tournament performance.
