“The Dragon” Sparring Class

New Video Release with Stephen Tapilatu

We’ve just released a special small group sparring session with ITF legend Mr Stephen Tapilatu – known to many as “The Dragon”. Filmed during the Dragon-Warrior Tour downunder tour, this session features Paige Moki and Tatum Clotworthy and gives a rare look at how Mr Tapilatu coaches and brings the best out of his athletes.

Hands, Feet, Drills – Then Sparring

The class runs through practical hand and foot drills before moving into sparring with “The Dragon” himself. It’s a great example of how a top coach links drills directly to live application, with clear cues and encouragement throughout.

It’s not every day you get to spar a World Champion – especially of the calibre of “The Dragon”. In this clip above, Mr Stephen Tapilatu spars with the girls, encouraging them to apply the drills he has just taught.
