This course is designed for Taekwon-Do instructors and club administrators who want practical, proven systems for running their school more effectively.
Managing & Marketing Your TKD School is written and presented by Rachel Bates, Centre Manager at Warrior Taekwon-Do, and is based on more than ten years of experience running New Zealand’s largest Taekwon-Do school.
The course focuses on club communication systems that support better member engagement and long-term retention. The lessons are short, clear, and built around real processes used in a busy school environment.
The sample video above is a free excerpt from the course and introduces the Welcome Email Series module. Rachel explains why a structured welcome email sequence matters, what it should achieve, and how it supports a better experience for new members from day one.
The full course contains two modules, each including practical guidance and templates you can adapt for your own club.
Course modules included:
- Welcome Email Series – why it matters, how to set it up, and ready-to-use templates
- Rank Promotion Emails – why acknowledging new grades is important, plus templates to get you started
Each lesson is deliberately kept to between 10 and 20 minutes, making the course easy to complete alongside normal instructing and administrative responsibilities. You can work through the lessons in the order that best suits your needs.
