Learn the principles of efficient movement and power generation to
improve your patterns and overall Taekwon-Do technique.
SEMINAR TWO
Wednesday 4th November • 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Free Sparring – Strategy & Game Plans
Develop simple, effective sparring strategies and game plans that
give purpose to every attack, defence and tactical decision.
DAYTIME SESSIONS
Wednesday 4th November • By Appointment
Private or Small Group Training
Train one-on-one or in a group of up to 4 people during the day.
Cost is $200 per session. One person books and pays
the full amount, and you’re welcome to split the cost among yourselves. Reserve your time between 10am and 3pm.
