Grandmaster Paul Weiler is a former sports teacher and currently President of the ITF. He has held many senior positions in the ITF (e.g. President ITF Germany 1989 – 2007, member of the European Referee Committee 1999 -2003, acting ITF Treasurer until 2003) and was appointed by General Choi Hong Hi as a member of the ITF Advisory Council in 2001. He was the organizer of the 2005 ITF World Champs in Dortmund and a member of the ITF Technical Committee from 2015 – 2017.
Over the past decade, he has spearheaded the development of Taekwon-Do throughout Africa.
