Won-Hyo Tul: Basics

In this clip Master McPhail addresses some of the basic points to work on in Won-Hyo tul.

Initially he points out that Riana’s arms are too bouncy, and uses Melissa as a side by side comparison to highlight the point. He then looks at the angles of the legs and feet to highlight where Riana can improve her L-stances. The back leg of the L-stance should be aligned so that the toes point in the same direction as the toes, for a good stable position.
