Strengthening the Thoracic Spine

In this clip Mike Lowe recaps that he had been working on using various techniques to try and extend our thoracic spine. “So assuming that we have found some new range of motion, or got rid of some creaky soreness in our spine, we want to train our brain to accept the new position and help make it permanent.”

So ideally, we want permanent feeling of an extension type of motion or movement, or even in a stationary posture that’s coming from the thoracic spine.
