Stay With Me
The acrobatics in a pre-arranged free sparring routine are one of the greatest challenges. Mark Trotter has worked for many years in stunts so is no stranger to being thrown around. In this routine they include a backward flip while running forward.
In the previous run-through Mark was not happy with his flip. He felt the landing was rushed, so he asks Carl to stay with him longer on landing before going to the next move. They try it and it works much better as it looks less rushed and Mark is able to do a great landing knowing that Carl is still in position.
