Getting older and better In Taekwon-Do!
We often hear that getting older in Taekwon-Do can be difficult. We can feel envy at looking at these youngsters jump higher, kick faster and higher than us. It can also be frustrating to realize that recovering from injuries takes longer than before. A body which cumulates years of training can bring great challenges.
The good news is that there are bright sides to getting some experience in life. A look upon what an adult can benefit from an intelligent practice of Taekwon-Do. Physical, cognitive, and emotional cues will be given to make sure to have a safe practice and improve our techniques and efficiency in Taekwon-Do.
