No martial art has as many breaking techniques as ITF Taekwon-Do, and all Taekwon-Do students will eventually have to face and overcome the fear associated with it. Conditioning the hands and feet were always emphasised by the Founder General Choi Hong Hi, and it is critically important especially for those competing in destruction.
Although today’s methods of conditioning have changed, consistency is still the key.
