Kicking Class: Flexibility
Master Daher takes the class through two important stretches to improve flexibility.
The first is a variation on the splits, where all the weight of the body is taken by the hands. This enables you to relax into the stretch for better results.
The second stretch is for the adductors, where the knees are out to the side and you roll your body forward, again taking the body weight with the hands. Master Daher then talks about how to work these stretches into your daily routine.
