The Stamp is the name of our second category of kicks.
This “double extension” movement is one of the most difficult to master. It is the coordination of the hip and knee joints, so that the foot travels to the target in a straight line.
This action is used in kicks such as the side and back piercing kicks, and the opposite action is the knee upward kick.
