Direct Side Kick
One of the classic ITF sparring techniques is the direct side kick, also known as sliding side kick, pump side kick and many other names. Here Mr Trotter works with Melissa Timperley on maintaining the correct body position when executing this kick. He emphasizes the importance of having the shoulder, hip and foot in line.
