Choong-Moo Turning Kick

Mr Trotter uses the imagery of having to lift the knee over a chair to help get the knee high for the turning kick. He then picks up that Phillipa has an extra body movement which is turning her into a side kick position, then back into the back piercing kick. He asks her to always keep the body facing backwards.

There are three free videos in this series: Bending Ready Stance | Flying Side Kick | Turning Kick
