Choong-Jang Tul: Foreknuckle-fist Punch

The foreknuckle fist punch in Choong-Jang can be awkward to perform, as it requires co-ordinating the movement of the feet coming together at the same time. Mr Trotter suggests delaying the feet and hands slightly to gain full speed of the movement. ​ It is also helpful to open the arms wide and relax more.
