Choong-Jang Tul: Foreknuckle-fist Punch
The foreknuckle fist punch in Choong-Jang can be awkward to perform, as it requires co-ordinating the movement of the feet coming together at the same time. Mr Trotter suggests delaying the feet and hands slightly to gain full speed of the movement. It is also helpful to open the arms wide and relax more.
