Choong-Jang Tul: Fingers in the Paint

”Fingers in the paint” is an example of an external coaching cue, or the use of mental imagery to improve the performance of a movement. By imagining flicking paint onto the ground in this case, helps to get the hands to travel on the right trajectory.

There are three free videos in this series: Side Piercing Kick | Foreknuckle-Fist Punch | Fingers in the Paint

This free clip is part of a coaching session on Choong-Jang Tul by Mr Mark Trotter.
