Choi-Yong Side Kick

Mr Mark Trotter explains the importance of a high loading position of the knee for the side piercing kick. Often people start the kick with the knee low, making it difficult to perform the kick to the required height. By making sure the chamber position is high, the kick itself will be delivered in a straight line to the target.
