Choi-Yong Reverse Hooking Kick

This clip shows a few seconds of tuition from the full coaching session on pattern Choi-Yong. Mr Mark Trotter talks about the position of the knee ahead of the target then following through – to about a 45 degrees. He also warns not to drop the foot to avoid a chopping action of the kick.

The high reverse hooking kick is one of the techniques that make Choi-Yong Tul challenging, and the hints contained in this session will help to perfect this kick.
