Side kick ladder drill
In this clip you see coach Ricardo Gonzalez taking Camila Urbina though the first part of a side kick sparring drill using a ladder as apparatus.
The ladder makes the foot work extremely difficult, and will help to improve agility and strength of the supporting leg.
In the next drill you see the kick pad added for application.
