A Little Tension
Here Mark and Carl work through a problem with balance they are having after the X-knifehand rising block. They experiment with Carl allowing Mark to throw his arm away with a little more tension than previously done. However, then they come back to the method where Carl throws his own arm away without any pressure from Mark.
This kind of detail is important as the pressure from one athlete can upset the balance of the other. For every contact point in the routine you must know who is applying force to the other and exactly how much.
